Feedback and Complaint

To earn customer satisfaction, establishing mutual trust and according to quality policies of the organization, handling your complaints, comments and suggestions has been of the principals and priorities of Iranian Govah Cosar. In our organization, the Feedback and Complaint handling unit operates directly under the supervision of the managing director.

Iranian Govah Cosar is obliged to respond to the complaints by phone, e-mail or any other means, as soon as possible. The results of the complaints follow-up are immediately communicated to the corresponded organization and the content of the complaint is kept confidential during the investigation process.

By completing the complaints and consents form, you can send your valuable comments by mail, fax or e-mail.
